Accessibility statement

LCT Fulfilment Services Ltd is committed to making this website accessible and usable for as many people as possible, regardless of how they browse or which assistive technology they rely on. We want everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification or voice control, to be able to find information about our managed-fulfilment service and get in touch with us.

The standard we aim for

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These internationally recognised guidelines set out how to make web content more perceivable, operable, understandable and robust. We treat Level AA as our target across the site and review pages against it as we build and update them.

What we have done

We have designed and built this website with accessibility in mind from the outset. In particular, we have aimed to make sure that 

  • pages use clear, semantic HTML so that headings, lists, links and landmarks are announced correctly by assistive technology;
  • the site can be navigated with a keyboard alone, without needing a mouse or trackpad;
  • interactive elements show a visible focus indicator so you can always see where you are on the page;
  • text and interface colours are chosen to give sufficient colour contrast against their backgrounds;
  • a “skip to content” link lets keyboard and screen-reader users jump straight past the navigation to the main content;
  • we respect the preferences of people who ask their device to reduce motion, so non-essential animation is minimised for those users;
  • the layout is responsive and mobile-friendly, adapting to different screen sizes and zoom levels; and
  • meaningful images carry descriptive alternative text, while purely decorative images are marked so they are skipped by screen readers.

How accessible this website is

This website is new and the company is newly incorporated. We have built it to the standards described above, but it has not yet been independently audited or certified for accessibility. As a result, we cannot claim full conformance, and we know that some areas may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Where we identify shortfalls, we will work to put them right, and we will commission an independent review as the site and the business mature.

We are being deliberately honest about this. If you find something that does not work for you, we would genuinely like to hear about it, your feedback helps us prioritise improvements.

When you contact us, it helps to tell us the web address of the page concerned, what you were trying to do, and what went wrong, including the browser, device or assistive technology you were using if you know it. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports and format requests within five working days, and to provide a fuller response once we have looked into the issue.

We will review and update it as we improve the site and as the company completes registration. Company number, VAT number and ICO registration reference are pending registration and will be added once issued.
